Refund Policy

At Bodyssey, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients while also ensuring flexibility in unforeseen circumstances. To secure your booking with us, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit, which is later applied to the full amount of your session, guarantees that your slot is reserved exclusively for you and covers any preparation or administrative costs incurred leading up to your shoot.

While the deposit is non-refundable, we understand that unexpected events may arise, leading to the need to reschedule your session. Therefore, we offer the flexibility to reschedule your appointment up to two times, provided that you notify us within a reasonable time frame.

We kindly request that any rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If a rescheduling request is made less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. This policy helps us manage our schedule and ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients.
